We are delighted to share that our Slow Cooked Beef Brisket in Red Wine Jus for Aldi has won a Bronze Quality Food Award in the ready meals category.

We developed a slow cooked beef brisket dish in a rich red wine jus, made with quality Red Tractor Certified British beef from our integrated business Pickstock in Telford.  The beef goes perfectly with creamy mash and vegetables to create a restaurant quality meal at home for two. 

Lee Tynan, Food Development Director, said: “We are proud to achieve a bronze Quality Food Award for our Beef Brisket in Red Wine Jus, which we developed in partnership with Aldi.  It is great to see our slow cooked products, made using the traditional sous vide water bath method, being recognised in the industry.” 

This product has also been endorsed by the Craft Guild of Chefs, demonstrating its exceptional taste and quality.
