• Pre-heat sandwich toaster
• Butter both slices of bread
• Spread Calder Foods caramalised onion onto one half of the bread
• Sprinkle cheese on top
• Place the remaining slice of bread on top
• Toast in sandwich toaster until the filling is piping hot and the bread is golden brown
